Wondering:

1. As Zac says above, are you missing the points and iteration/sprint tracking that’s a built-in part of PT? I’m not a fan of sprints myself. Perhaps you’ve moved to a more “continuous flow” style of development rather than artificial time-boxed chunks?
2. Wondering if you’re still using the flow: ideas, research/elaboration, ready, in-progress, done.
3. Is it possible to extract a product roadmap from Trello using your workflow?
4. How about a company roadmap (i.e. a roadmap including all products)?

We’re also thinking of using Trello for managing the dev process, but it doesn’t seem to allow for story points and measuring of velocity. Don’t you miss those features in Trello?
